About Our Kennel
The Carpathian Phoenix Line is an FCI-registered Entlebucher Mountain Dog kennel based in Balotești, near Bucharest, Romania. We are members of NEMDA (National Entlebucher Mountain Dog Association) and canine clubs in France, Hungary, Romania, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
Our breeding philosophy prioritizes health, temperament, and conformation to the FCI standard. Every litter is planned with purpose — selecting only the finest bloodlines to produce Entlebucher Mountain Dogs worthy of the breed’s Swiss heritage.

Raising
All juveniles were raised in a family home with both parents physically present for 17 months. The sire participated actively in their daily development — not as a stud record, but as a father.
This is not standard practice in any breeding program we are aware of.
The result: 17 months of continuous behavioral observation. Known temperament. Documented character. No uncertainty.
